Terms & Conditions
1. Delivery Timelines
Raw Data: Will be delivered with 7 days of the shoot date.
Edited Photos & Videos: Delivered within 2 months with online album access.
(Note: Time taken by the client for verification is not counted in this deadline.)
Album Delivery: Couples must select the photos for the printed album. Album design & printing will take 30 days from the date of selection.
Video & Cinematography Data: Final delivery within 3 months of the shoot date.
2. Payment Terms
Standard Payment Schedule: 40% advance at the time of booking.
40% within 7 days after the shoot (to begin post-production).
10% at the time of raw data delivery.
10% at the time of album printing order.
Note: In case of any pending payments beyond due dates, all deliveries, editing, and printing will be kept on hold.
3. Additional Charges
Lunch & Dinner Photography/Videography: Will be chargeable separately. Vidai, Grah Pravesh & Traditional Ceremonies: Additional charges based on location & duration.
Travel & Accommodation: For outstation events, to be arranged by the client for the entire team.
Meals: Should be arranged by the client. If not, the team will require breaks for meals.
4. Project Revisions & Feedback
Client Input: Suggestions and ideas for the film are welcome. Please share them in advance.
Post-Delivery Feedback: Clients should provide feedback within 3 days of receiving the edited photos/videos.
Changes after 3 days will depend on team availability and may add additional charges. Only 3 rounds of changes will be accommodated for albums and videos.
5. Data Policy
If the client places the project on hold for over one year from the event date, TNF Photography will not be responsible for any data loss.
Clients are advised to collect raw data within 6 months to avoid such issues.
6. Copyright & Usage
All photographs and videos taken during the event will remain the copyright of TNF Photography.
TNF reserves the right to use the content for promotional purposes on its website and social media platforms.
7. Cancellation & Postponement
Postponement Due to Government Guidelines: Advance amount will be carried forward to the rescheduled date. Advance payments are non-refundable. The full amount paid will be carried forward to the new date. If postponed within 40 days of the event, may add 10–15% additional charges due to logistics & planning costs. Reminders Before Booking Read and understand all terms above. Delays in feedback or payments may directly affect delivery timelines. Ensure all selections and communications are done within the specified time frames to avoid delays or additional costs.
